How long is my selected seat held?
A selected seat is held for 10 minutes while you complete the booking and payment flow.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay online using Khalti or eSewa. Your ticket is confirmed after the payment is successfully verified.
Where can I find my ticket?
Sign in and open My Bookings to view your booking details or download the ticket as a PDF. Keep the ticket with you throughout the journey.
What should I do if payment fails?
Open My Bookings first to check whether a ticket was confirmed. If no confirmed ticket appears, try again or contact Yoyo Sewa Travel & Tours support using the details below.
When should I arrive at the boarding point?
Please reach your selected boarding point at least 30 minutes before departure. Yoyo Sewa Travel & Tours cannot be responsible for a missed bus caused by late arrival.
Can I cancel a booking and receive a refund?
Eligible completed bookings can be cancelled from My Bookings before the schedule starts. Refund eligibility and the available amount are calculated from the current refund policy before you confirm cancellation.
